Workshops bring the power of holistic yoga into a shared group setting – a space to learn, explore and connect both with yourself and with others.

Each workshop is carefully designed around a central theme and combines yoga movement, breathwork, meditation and discussion. Whether you are completely new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, there is always something to discover.

I also run bespoke corporate well-being workshops for organisations looking to introduce mindfulness, stress management and movement into the workplace.

Women's Circle & Movement Workshops

A nurturing space for women to come together through movement, breath and sharing. Each circle follows the rhythm of the season and the wisdom of the body.
