Why Private Yoga Lessons?
I’m really passionate about helping people of all body types and minds experience the healing benefits of yoga.
Even though I plan my classes based on what my students want, what really matters to me is being able to respond to what they actually need in the moment. That’s why I create private sessions that move at each person’s own pace, in a space where they feel safe and comfortable, and in tune with how open their body feels that day. My goal is simple: to help your body reconnect with its natural state, and to support you in building a safe, personal yoga practice that truly works for you.
If you're completely new to yoga
From my experience, private lessons are a great way to start your yoga journey. When you’re a beginner, it really helps to have clear guidance so you can understand the basics properly. With one-to-one sessions, you can learn at your own pace and build a strong, safe foundation. This way, you’ll feel much more confident and comfortable if you decide to join group classes later on.
If Studio classes aren't your thing
Maybe you don’t want to spend time travelling to a studio, or you just don’t feel comfortable in a group setting. You might also find group classes challenging because of certain health concerns, especially after everything that’s happened in recent years. Private lessons make things easier by bringing yoga to you, so you can practise in a space where you feel relaxed and at ease.
